Volunteer Management Executive / Assistant Manager

The person will be part of the Volunteer and Community Engagement team in Care Corner, supporting the delivery of the Appropriate Adult Scheme for Young Suspects (AAYS) Programme and organisation-wide volunteer programmes. Job Responsibilities

• Assist the accounting team in daily bookkeeping, including data entry, invoice processing, and expense recording, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual accounting documents, such as financial statements, expense reports and tax-related forms.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., project, procurement) to collect financial-related information and resolve simple accounting inquiries.
