Primary Purpose

We are seeking an exceptionally experienced RPA Solution Architect and Technical Lead to define, lead, and govern our enterprise automation architecture across Insurance and Reinsurance operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Solution Architecture & Technical Design

• Conduct solution architecture reviews for all automation initiatives; approve SDDs before development commences through a formal Architecture Review Board process

• Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of 5–15 RPA developers, BAs, and QA engineers across project delivery and BAU support functions

• Define, implement, and continuously improve CoE development standards, REFramework conventions, reusable component libraries, and Git-based version control workflows

• Chair architecture review sessions and code review boards; establish quality gates at each stage of the SDLC

• Own the CI/CD pipeline strategy for RPA using Azure DevOps or Jenkins; automate bot deployment, regression testing, and release management

• Prior experience with multimedia solutions such as image, video, mpeg; security solutions such as encryption engine, secure boot flow, or algorithm development for image processing or data compression would be a major plus
• Knowledge of embedded processor and firmware operation, processor sub-system, such as ARM cortex-A/M/R or RISC-V would be major plus
• Familiarity with interface peripherals, such as Ethernet/PCIe/I2S/ SPI/ I2C would be a plus
• Prior experience in SOC validation, emulation platforms, hardware testing and debugging, resolving customer issues, familiarity with lab equipment such as oscilloscope, logic analyser etc would certainly be an advantage
• Good communication and documentation skill, with proven experience of collaboration with architecture, software, firmware, design and validation teams
• Familiarity with Matlab, C/C++, System-C, VHDL/Verilog, Python, or relevant programming language

• To be an in-charge of new erection project in Singapore (workers’ dormitory/Industrial building) with the scopes from design development to project management
• To oversee designs for planning and building approvals, and ensure compliance with local regulations, guidelines, building codes and specific standards
• To execute construction management including site progress, coordinate/ liaise with client, consultants, authorities and all stakeholders

Requirements

• Must possess a Degree in Architecture (preferably recognised by BOA, Sinagpore)
• Min 8 years of construction project management experience in local projects
• Well versed in local Authority’s regulations/ guidelines for submissions
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team as well as individually

• Participate in full life cycle of project, responsible for technical analysis, formulation of related technical solutions; Responsible for technical architecture design, technology selection and implementation plan formulation;

Requirements:

• Rich hands-on experience as Architect of Salesforce project implementation;
• In-depth knowledge of HTML/HTML 5, CSS/CSS 3, JavaScript and related front-end frameworks (Bootstrap, JQuery, AngularJS);
• Familiar with ASP MVC, ASP Web API, and experience in integration with third-party API systems;
• Familiar with git and other version management tools;
• Familiar with Salesforce platform configuration, Profile, Permission Set, Flow, etc.;
• Proficient in APEX language, proficient in Apex Classes, Apex Trigger, Visualforce Page, Lightning Components, LWC, etc.;
• Familiar with IO, multithreading, distributed, collection and other basic apis, familiar with common design patterns and development principles;
