Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end store operations across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada including listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory
• Plan and execute platform campaigns, flash sales, and mega sale events (e.g. 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12)
• Optimise product listings through strong copywriting, keyword strategy, and visual merchandising
• Monitor and analyse platform metrics including traffic, conversion, GMV, and ROAS to identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate with the marketing team on content, creatives, and influencer or affiliate programmes, particularly for TikTok Live and short-form video commerce
• Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure accurate fulfilment, stock levels, and on-time delivery
• Handle customer reviews, ratings, and service escalations across platforms
• Stay current on platform algorithm updates, new features, and competitor activity

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing stores on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Shopify and/or Lazada
• Solid understanding of marketplace mechanics including ads, SEO, promotions, and fulfilment
• Experience planning and executing major campaign periods
• Proficient in platform seller dashboards and analytics tools
• Strong attention to detail with good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms simultaneously
• Good written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other regional languages is a plus
