RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused Assistant Manager/Manager, Advertising Sales & Partnerships to join our Commercial Partnerships team. In this role, you will drive advertising, sponsorship, and venue partnership opportunities that strengthen Singapore EXPO's position as a preferred venue partner for event organisers, brands, and agencies. You will be responsible for growing revenue across venue-wide advertising and sponsorship assets, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering innovative brand activation opportunities that enhance audience engagement and commercial value. Working closely with event organisers, agencies, media owners, and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping integrated commercial solutions across Singapore EXPO's physical and digital platforms.

• Conceptualise, plan, and execute advertising & promotional (A&P), sponsorships, and venue activation initiatives that enhance Singapore EXPO's commercial revenue opportunities and brand positioning.
• Drive the growth of Singapore EXPO's A&P business across existing client portfolios, while proactively identifying and developing new accounts and untapped market opportunities.
• Manage and grow the A&P sales pipeline, including achieving sales targets, revenue budgets, and sponsorship objectives across venue-wide advertising assets and activation spaces.
• Develop innovative and integrated advertising, sponsorship and brand activation solutions leveraging Singapore EXPO's physical venue assets, Out-of-Home (OOH) media inventory, digital platforms and experiential engagement opportunities.
• Partner closely with event organisers, advertising agencies, media owners and corporate clients to curate customised campaigns and sponsorship packages that maximise brand visibility, audience engagement and campaign impact.
• Handle enquiries, negotiations and account management relating to the utilisation of A&P activation spaces within the venue.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional account servicing, with a commitment to delivering business outcomes with integrity, responsiveness, and a high standard of execution.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, advertising agencies, design houses, printers, authorities, and relevant vendors to ensure smooth execution of A&P activities.
• Monitor market trends, emerging media solutions and audience engagement strategies to continuously strengthen Singapore EXPO's advertising and sponsorship offerings.
• Support cross-functional projects and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, in line with business and operational needs.

• At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in advertising & promotional sales, sponsorship sales, media sales or related commercial roles.
• Proven track record in business development, account management and client relationship management.
• Experience in Out-of-Home (OOH), integrated marketing, digital advertising, or experiential marketing solutions will be advantageous.
• Candidates with exposure to online advertising sales across websites, portals, apps, or omnichannel media platforms will have an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders effectively.

Our client, a leading global technology organization, is seeking an experienced APAC Social Media Marketing Specialist responsible for leading regional social media strategy, creator and influencer marketing, content planning, and cross-functional campaign execution to drive audience growth, engagement, and brand impact across multiple markets.

This is a contract role ending on 22 Feb 2027.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute social marketing campaigns across APAC markets to drive brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
• Develop and manage social media content strategies, editorial calendars, and content plans across key platforms.
• Partner with local market teams to deliver impactful campaigns around product launches, creator initiatives, artist programs, and cultural moments.
• Plan and execute influencer and creator marketing programs, including agency and partner management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in social marketing, digital marketing, or integrated marketing, with a strong track record of managing large-scale regional campaigns across APAC.
• Expertise in media planning, social media marketing, content strategy, brand management, and marketing communications.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with external agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong project and campaign management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and budgets simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing technology platforms, with the ability to leverage data for campaign optimization and business decision-making.
• Strong commercial acumen, including budget planning, forecasting, and performance tracking to drive business outcomes.

The Plattering Co is known for its beautiful grazing tables and creative catering buffet setup displays, sharing platters, bowls and bentos and unique catering setups. 

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to support multiple brands under our portfolio. This role will be responsible for executing content, design, and campaign initiatives across digital platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and performance-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management (35%)

• Plan, curate, and manage content calendars across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok for multiple brands.

• Create and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, short-form videos) aligned with brand positioning and campaign objectives.

• Monitor social trends, platform updates, and content opportunities to keep output relevant and timely.

• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and enquiries in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations and campaign activations. 

• Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics (e.g. engagement rate, reach, impressions, growth), and provide actionable insights 

• Conduct regular competitor monitoring and share key observations with the team.

2. Design Support (35%)

• Design visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for social media posts, website banners, digital flyers, email newsletters, and other marketing materials using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

• Execute photoshoots and video shoots as needed to produce high-quality content for various platforms. 

• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all channels.

3. Website & Email Marketing Support (15%)

• Update website content including banners, product visuals, and promotional messaging across multiple brand sites.

• Work within website platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Weebly, and Shopify systems to ensure content is accurate and up-to-date.

• Ensure consistency and alignment with ongoing campaigns across all digital touchpoints.

• Assist in email marketing execution using platforms like Mailchimp.

• Draft subject lines, email copy, and CTA variations to support campaign performance.

4. Event On-Site Support (10%)

• Provide on-site content support (photography and videography) for events, activations, and catering setups when required.

5. Other Marketing Activities Support (5%)

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred. A Diploma in a related field with relevant experience will also be considered.

• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing is preferred.

• Understanding of social media analytic tools, such as Meta Business Suit, FB Ad Manager and TikTok Business Suit.

• Strong communication and copy writing skills to craft engaging, brand-aligned content.

• Proficient in using platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Weebly, Shopify and Mailchimp.

• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts, campaigns, and projects simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing, creative, and sales teams.

• Ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment.
