Job Summary

Support daily operations in a trading and retail environment by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, preparing documentation, and assisting internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and feedback to maintain high service standards
• Process daily orders accurately to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to achieve on-time deliveries and efficient stock handling
• Prepare picking lists and monitor stock movements to support inventory accuracy
• Generate delivery orders, invoices, shipping documents, and related paperwork to facilitate smooth transactions
• Provide administrative support to daily operations by organizing documents and assisting teams
• Assist in streamlining business processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Execute ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned to support business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

3. Loading, Unloading & Handling 装卸与搬运

- Ensure proper handling of items to prevent damage 确保物品搬运过程中不受损

4. Warehouse Maintenance 仓库管理

- Maintain cleanliness, organisation and safety of the warehouse 负责保持仓库整洁、有序及安全

- Ensure equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use 确保设备使用后清洁并妥善存放

5. Operational Support 运营支援

- Support operations team during peak periods or large-scale funeral services when required 在大型丧礼或繁忙时段协助运营团队

Requirements 任职要求

- Minimum secondary education or equivalent 至少中学学历或同等资格

• Assist with daily warehouse operations (packing, sorting, stock arrangement)

• Handle simple stitching work for products/materials
