About the Role!

FOMO Pay is seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic Compliance Team. In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding our financial ecosystem by ensuring the highest standards of regulatory compliance and risk management. You will play a pivotal part in identifying and mitigating risks through rigorous transaction monitoring, structured QA sampling of KYC/CDD processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

● Transaction Monitoring

• Perform review of transaction alerts which are generated out of the transaction monitoring system

• Review name screening hits arising from payments screening at pre-transaction level
• Collaborate with the Front office to obtain replies pursuant to RFIs from our  partners and where necessary, perform further reviews.

• Assist in gathering relevant information and documentation from clients and relevant stakeholders.

• Maintain service standards to develop and improve customer satisfaction and retention

• Ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely and consistent manner

• Ensure that all transactions are in adherence to regulatory, compliance and internal audit requirements

• Support sales team to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients to achieve client retention

• Partner customer, Business Support and service providers to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery of customers requirements and enquiries

• Help in organizing and executing client prospecting activities, including lead tracking and initial outreach.

• Support follow-up and meeting scheduling with prospective and existing clients and partners.

Skills and requirements 

• Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

• At least 3–4 years of experience in a support, coordination, or client service role. Familiarity with insurance application processes and terminology is a strong advantage.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to multitask with minimal supervision

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
