Job Description

• Experience in structured finance, counterparty risk management, and legal documentation is a huge plus. This includes drafting and reviewing LMA based loan and security documents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Order & Backlog Management: Managing Customer demand and Purchase Order. Tracking of "backlog" to ensure ship dates align with what was promised and monitor On Time Delivery (OTD).

• Engineering Change Support: Coordinating the administrative side of Engineering Change Notice (ECN). This involves updating part numbers, Bills of Materials (BOM), and ensuring the Operations is building the correct version of a product.

• Material & Inventory Tracking: Monitoring Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory. Flag parts that are no longer needed due to design changes and help the PM calculate the financial liability to be charged back to the customer.

• Customer Communication: Serving as the first line of contact for routine inquiries, such as shipping status, tracking numbers, and Return Material Authorization (RMA) updates for repairs.

• Shipping & Logistics Coordination: Working with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure finished goods are packed, documented, and shipped according to the customer’s specific routing guides.

• Reporting & Metrics: Generating weekly or monthly reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like On-Time Delivery (OTD), Demand waterfall, aged accounts receivable (AR), etc.

• Support internal and External audits

• Participate in Lean and ESS Program

• General filing of correspondences between customers and plant.

• Draw up quotations to customers.

• Take purchase orders from customers.

• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in any discipline or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing industry or in a related field, as well as customer / account management background is preferred.

• Proficient in MS office applications, particularly in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup) and PowerPoint.

• Proficient in Google sheet, Google drive and Google Slides.

• Good communication skills.

• Demonstrated attention to detail.

• Able to work independently, fast learner and proactive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Office Operations: Manage daily administrative tasks, including handling corporate correspondence, managing office supplies, and maintaining a tidy and professional office environment.

• Document Management: Assist in preparing, formatting, and archiving corporate documents, agreements, financial reports, and meeting minutes with high accuracy and confidentiality.

• Schedule Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule business meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements or itineraries for the management team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the project methodology and technical submission
• Lead the project resources planning and execution
• Liaise, coordinate and conduct inspection with project stakeholders i.e. Project Owners, Consultants and Subcontractors, etc.
• Monitor work progress and ensure on time delivery of projects
• Report to Management on progress of projects
• Ensure project on time delivery and within project budget

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a university recognized by Singapore PE Board
• Preferably 2~3 years experience on project management and civil engineering projects in Singapore
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good Command of English and Mandarin to speak to Mandarin speaking associates
• Software skills on MS Project and ACAD preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Possess Motor Vehicle Driving License will be an added advantage
