Key Roles

Provide cleaning services
Provide logistics support for school events – e.g., moving and arranging tables and chairs
Closing of school and ensuring school facilities are safe and secure
Escort and supervise the Authority's appointed term contractors carrying out facilities management services
Check the existing stock of cleaning and toilet supplies, and provide feedback to the Operations Manager for replenishment
Carry out administrative roles – e.g., receiving and inspecting goods, compiling delivery orders
Report building faults to the Operations Manager
Any other operational support duties as assigned

Qualifications

At least Primary 6 local school education or equivalent
Must know how to use WhatsApp (or equivalent) to take and send photos for reporting building faults
Experience in cleaning jobs
Experience in customer service‑related roles
Well‑mannered
Good interpersonal skills
