Job Description

Work with daily CT scan tasks, including setup, operation, and analysis of test samples.
Perform detailed studies and analysis on defects found during testing.
Supervise daily X-Ray/DR/XCT tests, ensuring adherence to standards and protocols.
Conduct hands-on maintenance of the equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Provide consultations to clients regarding test results and recommendations.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of radiation safety protocols and procedures.
Knowledge in X-ray radiography and industrial computed tomography, including technique optimization and operation of XCT equipment.
Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Understanding of various industries' manufacturing technologies.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting NDT standards such as ASTM, BS EN ISO, AWS, and API.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Preferred qualifications include ASNT/ACCP/PCN X-Ray and Digital Radiography certifications.
Knowledge of Volume Graphics software is a plus.
