Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology initiatives including platform, cloud, automation, and operational tooling programs
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment across technology, operations, and business teams
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines in a structured manner
- Ensure solutions meet performance, resilience, and regulatory expectations in high‑availability environments
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience delivering complex technology initiatives in enterprise environments
- Background in financial services technology, market infrastructure, trading systems, or other mission‑critical platforms
- Experienced in leading Cloud transformation projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders across technology and operations
- Strong understanding of delivery governance, dependency management, and operational readiness
