Job Description

Maintaining accurate records of all parts, including incoming and outgoing parts, and ensuring proper storage and organization of parts.
Monitoring current inventory levels, identifying discrepancies, and reporting low stock or potential shortages to supervisors.
Assisting with physical counts of parts to verify accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
Accurately recording parts data, preparing reports on stock levels, and identifying any issues or trends.
Communicating with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and any issues with stock.
Ensuring storage area is kept tidy and well-organized for efficient operations.
Investigating and resolving discrepancies in inventory records or physical parts.
Issuing part to engineer for repairing job
Updating of used part returned from engineer
Preparing return list of parts back to HQ
