Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including EXO, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Defender, Purview, Entra ID and Azure Network.
- Manage Windows 365 environment using Microsoft Intune (eg. packaging, patching, device configuration, reporting, etc).
- Manage user accounts, licensing, and access controls within M365 and Entra ID.
- Update golden images for provisioning of Windows 365 Operating System.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance service reliability and costs.
- Configure and maintain security and compliance features such as Conditional Access, MFA, and data protection policies.
- Support M365-related projects, including migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. Extract reports for monthly and adhoc reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.
- Handle tickets via ITSM and ensures ticket logs are updated.
- Plan and submit change management activities.
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, procedures and best practices.
- Provide onsite backup staffing for desktop support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and end-user issues as needed.
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in administering M365 portals – Admin, Entra, Intune, Defender, Exchange.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Windows 365, and Entra ID.
- Desktop support experience is a must (minimum 2 years).
- Certification: MD-102, MS102, AZ-305, MS-203, ITIL 4 preferred. Security certifications AZ-500, SC-300, SC-400 or equivalent a plus.
- Knowledge on security and compliance features within M365.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
