Job Scope

Test and become familiar with all VR games offered
Guide and explain VR game experience rules and procedures to customers
Oversee operation of the VR game station and perform technical troubleshooting (e.g., PC, VR system, VR games)
Maintain and repair VR equipment (training provided)
Answer customer questions, provide appropriate service packages, and manage bookings
Attend to all customers and close sales
Perform other operational tasks such as cashiering, cleaning, and disinfecting
Carry out duties and obligations as designated by the company, consistent with the job title
Work independently
Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative to achieve set targets
