Job Description

Make timely collection / delivery of cars to customers
Explain features and accessories of cars to customers
Handle customers’ enquiries professionally
Clean and groom cars efficiently
Handle customers’ feedback and keep supervisor informed accordingly
Deliver/collect cars to/from vendors for repairs or servicing and explaining faults/problems to vendors
To perform quality check and acceptance of vehicles.
Be able to perform standby duties as and when required
Ad-Hoc chauffeur service
Any other duties as assigned
