We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Engineer to join our Advanced Material Solutions Division. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting critical projects related to protection systems, ensuring reliability performance across all stages of development.
Job Description
Assist in the design, optimization and development of protection systems to meet project requirements, security requirements, and industry standards
Support the fabrication of fixtures, ensuring precision and functionality for protection system applications
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, design specifications, test reports, and process guidelines
Prove engineering support for production and quality assurance to resolve technical challenges
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing system performance
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, operations and execution teams to drive project success
Engage customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them to innovative solutions
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineeing/ Material Engineering/ Engineering Product Development/ Engineering Systems and Design and/ or related field of study
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks) will be a added advantage
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and coordination skills for cross-team collaboration
Hands-on experience with prototype development and fabrication processes
Willing to travel for field testing and supplier engagement
