What The Role Is
You will be part of a dynamic team in an HDB Office to serve the residents by providing quality housing & maintenance services.
What You Will Be Working On
- addressing residents’ feedback on maintenance related matters,
- managing lease and tenancy of HDB flats (e.g. checking on feedback relating to illegal sub-letting, excessive noise),
- working with flat owners and tenants with regards to the settlement of their mortgage loans and rent payments,
- coordinating and monitoring car park improvement works, and
- involvement in projects like estate renewal projects (e.g. HIP, LUP).
What We Are Looking For

- a passion to serve,
- the ability to work independently,
- confidence and assertiveness, and
- a willingness to learn.
Having relevant technical background and/or experience (e.g. estate management) would be advantageous, but not necessary.
Candidates Should Also Be Willing To
- when necessary, work beyond normal officer hours due to work exigencies,
- perform light physical work (e.g. climbing up the ladder to check on ceiling leaks, bending down to check on drainage pipes, doing estate walk-abouts)
Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
