Roles & Responsibilities

LP Onboarding Manage the full onboarding process for Limited Partners, ensuring smooth documentation flow and compliance with regulatory standards.
Portfolio Company Onboarding Coordinate the onboarding of new portfolio companies and ensure all required documentation, KYC, and operational setup are completed.
Investor Relations (IR) Lead LP communication and support, including regular reporting, updates, and responding to investor inquiries.
Review of Legal Agreements Conduct initial reviews of fund-related agreements, investment contracts, and other legal documents in collaboration with external counsel.
KYC / AML & SOF/SOW Verification Perform KYC/AML checks and verify Source of Funds (SOF) / Source of Wealth (SOW) for LPs, external vendors, and new investees.
Portfolio Monitoring Track portfolio performance, financial updates, and key operational metrics.
Capital Call & Distributions Management Prepare, execute, and communicate capital calls and distributions to LPs.
Investment Due Diligence Support due diligence processes for potential investments, including financial, legal, and operational assessments.
Regulatory Compliance Ensure adherence to MAS regulations and maintain internal compliance standards.
Audit Coordination Liaise with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth and timely audit processes.
Fund Accounting Maintain accurate accounting records for investment funds, including NAV calculations and reconciliation.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in VC, private equity, fund operations, or audit.
