Paathz is an AI-native hospitality workforce platform connecting pre-vetted professionals with hotels and restaurants across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. We believe hospitality has a visibility problem, not a labour shortage. Our mission is to become the definitive cross-border talent corridor for the global hospitality industry.
We are Singapore-incorporated (Paathz Pte. Ltd.), approaching a May 2026 beta launch, and backed by a founding team with deep domain expertise in hospitality, technology, and international markets.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who doesn’t just “design screens” but thinks in systems, flows, and user psychology.
You will own the end-to-end user experience across our platform — from candidate onboarding to recruiter dashboards — and play a critical role in shaping how users interact with our AI-driven product.
What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive, scalable, and high-impact user experiences across web platforms
- Translate complex workflows (AI matching, hiring pipelines, analytics) into simple, elegant UI
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Founders to ship fast and iterate faster
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis
- Build and maintain a design system for consistency and scalability
- Optimize user journeys to improve engagement, conversion, and retention
- Think mobile-first, even when designing for web
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in UI/UX design (startup experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving, not just visuals
- Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Solid understanding of user behavior, interaction design, and information architecture
- Ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive interfaces
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bias for action — you move fast, test, learn, and iterate
Bonus Points If You
- Experience designing for SaaS, HRTech, or AI products
- Basic understanding of frontend (HTML/CSS)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Exposure to data visualization and dashboards
