Minimum qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting.
- 3 years of experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- 1 year of experience recruiting within the cloud computing or enterprise technology sectors.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages leveraging experience engaging talent.
- Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor.
- Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
- Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention-to-detail.

Responsibilities
- Assess candidates for potential roles by evaluating team alignment, organizational fit, and role profiles, screen candidates against client needs and oversee the end-to-end interview process.
- Collaborate with key business leaders, recruiting, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions to defined objectives.
- Manage headcount for cross-organization client groups to promote accurate tracking and influence headcount allocation.
- Map job postings accurately to open headcount, analyze trends and insights to shape hiring strategy and priorities, support clients in requisition prioritization, headcount reconciliation, and optimum distribution.
- Design and execute cross-organizational hiring strategies to address talent needs, and drive cross-functional recruiting initiatives to achieve established goals and objectives, while advising hiring managers on their hiring strategy.
