- Maintain good client relations.
- Work closely with other engineering divisions and external parties.
- Participate in the tendering of projects.
- Lead in providing engineering solutions and strategy to complex problems.
- Provide technical leadership and perform engineering design reviews.
- Training and mentoring juniors.
- Design management, coordination and project control on major projects.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized University and eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore).
- More than 8 years of working experience in engineering design consulting practice.
- Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and have good knowledge of design software.
- Good supervision and project management skills.
- Able to work under pressure with good planning, organizational and time management skill.
- Being a Professional Engineer is an advantage.
- Experienced in the design and design management of major geotechnical building works and/or infrastructure works will be an advantage.
