Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications and support technical design discussions
Work closely with data engineering and development teams for implementation
Perform data analysis and validation using SQL queries
Ensure alignment of deliverables with business objectives and timelines
Participate in project lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, UAT, and deployment
Drive problem-solving initiatives with minimal supervision

Required Skills & Qualifications

8–12 years of experience in Business Analysis / Data Analysis within the data domain
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to work independently and in team-oriented environments
Experience in writing Functional Specifications and supporting Technical Design
Hands-on experience with SQL (basic to intermediate level)
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
