Job Responsibilities

To conduct services on ground but not limited to servicing, food ordering, reservations, cashiering duties etc
Oversee the service staff at the assigned station
Acquire knowledge of menu to make recommendations and handle guests’ queries
Provide excellent customer service and manage guest relations to ensure pleasant dining experience
Ensure side station is replenished at all times
Assist in inventory, placing orders, receiving goods and any other administrative tasks
Uphold staff grooming and professionalism to adhere to company’s standards
Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager from time to time
