Responsibility

Design, analysis andplan for Civil & Structural engineering works
Liaise with consultants, contractors & authorities from inception tocompletion of projects on C&S matters
Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to authorities andclients
Manage projects to meet the time, cost and quality objectivies
Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical siteinspection and attending meeting
Assists in other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
Proficient in MS Office/Excel
At least 3 years of local construction experience
Knowledge in BIM / Revit software is added advantage.
At least Diploma/ Degree in Civil & Structural engineering or equivalent recognized by the Professional Engineers Board
Fluent in English , Good project management and communication skills
