Create animations for in-game characters, props, and environments, including character actions (idle, walk, run, attack, skills, death), prop animations, and environmental animations
Produce smooth, natural, and expressive animations aligned with the game?s art style and character design to enhance player immersion and experience
Collaborate with modeling, VFX, and engineering teams to optimize animation assets, ensuring performance efficiency across platforms (mobile and PC)
Iterate and refine animations based on design requirements and project feedback, resolving integration issues with gameplay and environments
Contribute to the development and improvement of animation pipelines and standards, and support knowledge sharing within the team
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor?s degree in Animation, Digital Media, Film, or a related field
Relevant experience in game animation production, with participation in shipped game projects preferred (mobile or PC)
Strong understanding of animation principles and motion dynamics (human, creature, and object movement)
Ability to create high-quality character and prop animations independently, with an understanding of gameplay-driven animation requirements
Proficiency in animation tools such as Maya, Blender, or similar software
Familiarity with rigging fundamentals and animation workflows in game engines (e.g. Unity or Unreal Engine)
Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on action or competitive games
Strong skills in combat animation or skill-based animation effects
Basic rigging capability (e.g. character skeleton setup)
Familiarity with 2D animation tools such as Spine or DragonBones
