Description

Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements.
Execute tests and document results, identifying defects and issues.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality throughout the development process.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality and usability.
Utilize automated testing tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing efforts.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in testing methodologies and tools; knowledge of automation frameworks is a plus.
Responsibilities and Duties: Strong analytical skills to understand complex software systems.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions: Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment with flexibility for remote work.
