Job Descriptions:-
Prepare program with the understanding of drawing detail, customer specifications and requirements.
Create set-up sheet with tool list and cutting parameter to assist production department to achieve its production quotas with quality and safety guidelines.
Conduct monthly update of program once the program is tested, generate setup sheet for each parts as required.
Ensure all program, set-up and tooling list is generate as per company QSM and engineering department procedures.
Responsible to review and approve of all program sheets.
As and when required, design fixture and request for new tools.
As and when required, other appointed duties.
Requirements:-
Application of CAD/CAM Software
Interpretation of BOM & Drawing
Good knowledge in milling tooling and machining process
Minimum 5 years experiences in CNC Milling manufacturing with 3 years experiences in 4 to 5 axis programming
