Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll, including salary, overtime, bonuses and other allowances
Prepare and monitor employee daily overtime report
Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll and employee records
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, e.g. CPF contributions, income tax submissions, statutory claims and other regulatory obligations
Prepare payroll reports and documentation as required
Stay updated on payroll legislation changes
Key Requirements
Diploma in Human Resources
Minimum three to five years of experience in payroll processing and HRIS management
Experience in SuccessFactors and Prosoft
Proficient in Microsoft Office elements
Good knowledge of Employment Act, CPF regulations and tax requirements
In-dept understanding of basic accounting principles and strong numerical skills
Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and error-free processing
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills to address payroll-related concerns effectively
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
Education
Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
