Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

Receive and check incoming materials against delivery documents.
Store materials accurately in designated locations for easy retrieval.
Pick and move materials to production or shipping areas as required.
Pack, label and prepare materials for shipment.
Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
Update material movements and inventory transactions in Oracle.
Identify and report material discrepancies or damaged items.
Follow workplace safety requirements and safe material-handling practices.
Support Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

GCE N-Level, O-Level or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in material handling, warehouse, logistics or a related environment.
Basic knowledge of inventory, packing and shipping processes.
Hands-on experience with material handling tools and processes.
Comfortable using computer systems for inventory transactions; experience with Oracle or Agile is preferred.
Able to count and verify material quantities accurately.
Physically fit and able to lift and carry materials of up to 20kg.
Responsible and reliable team player with a hands-on attitude.
