AI Data Analyst Intern
Internship Period: 3 August 2026 to 31 December 2026
Job Description
- Participate in the AI initiatives within the PMO team and play a pivotal role in identifying solutions.
- Exploring use of AI tools and reporting within PMO team.
- Develop workflows, reports using Power BI and Power Automate tools
- Support operational activities in PMO team
- Support in activities and initiatives in improving IT Project Governance management through automation and data analysis.
- Support department and regional monthly reporting and find ways to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate and communicate with other members in departments and other regional offices to understand that pain points and develop tools or reports to address the productivity issues.
- Developer and Analyst mindset with passion for project management to make a PM lifecycle easier through data mining and AI automation.
Job Requirements
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Passion to learn IT Project Management, Power Automate tools, Power BI and natural problem solver.
- Analyst skills to develop solutions independently
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A proactive mindset towards collaboration, team oriented always open to feedback and iterative improvements.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Preferably knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate and Python.
- Exposure or basic understanding of project management lifecycle and SDLC.
