We are seeking a skilled and proactive Program Engineer (Operations) to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and system administration, with the ability to streamline operations and improve deployment processes.

Requirements
Tertiary education qualifications - Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer
Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in IT Operations or IT Service Delivery with exposure to end-to-
end software development lifecycles.
Experience in IT service delivery management and maintaining SLA/OLAs.
Knowledge and/or practical experience in one or more of following areas are desirable:
o Coding (such as C#, Java, JavaScript) for Mobile and Web Applications
o DevOps/DevSecOps
o Virtualisation and/or Cloud Computing (such as AWS, Azure)
o Database and Storage
o Middleware and Services
o Cybersecurity (such as best practices, system hardening, threat and vulnerability
management)
o Windows/Linux server administration
o Hardware, Infrastructure and Network
o Software/Systems integration across one or more software/hardware components
o Service delivery and management
o Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Familiarity with project management methodology and lifecycle would be an advantage.
Good analytical skills in diagnosing technical issues and ability to offer advisories and support.
Good administrative and communication skills and positive working attitude.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with users
and stakeholders at all levels.
Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL) are highly desirable.
