The ideal candidate has a take-charge personality and a talent for getting things done. As an outlet executive, you will oversee and direct operations at 1-2 retail locations with responsibilities involving sales, cashiering, staff management, customer handling and others. Your job will involve local travel between the outlets.

In summary, the candidate is responsible for meeting top-line revenue, cost control, people management & ensuring excellent food quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Supervise and work with the ground team to prepare each day's activity and ensure that pre-prepped backup supplies are always readily available
  • Implement strategies (promotions, suggestive selling) to meet or improve financial performance
  • Drive targets for Sales Revenue and cost Management initiatives and monitor closely whether these targets are met
  • Make sure that in-stored display is maintained at high quality with maximum hygiene & cleanliness
  • Enforce proper cashier and administrative systems which include daily cashiering, petty cash systems, staff working hours/payroll processing, ordering, filing of invoices, delivery notes, and daily taking
  • Enforce outlet audit by doing a project shift checklist
  • Deal with customers’ complaints
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by the area manager/assistant area Manager
  • Required to prepare meals such as toast making and hot foods based on the company's SOPs.
  • Preparation of hot and cold beverages from scratch and premix.
  • Other work scope as required by business needs

Grow Sales Revenue & Business Layers

  • Commit to driving top-line revenue to meet budgeted sales
  • Understand trading areas and customer profile & reactions to grow revenue

Manage Budget, Profit & Loss Accountability

  • Maximise cost-efficiencies and optimising profits in P&L Line items (especially related to Food & Paper Costs, Labour, Repair & Maintenance Costs)
  • Commit to attaining Store Operating Profit Margin

Maintenance

  • Day-to-day kitchen equipment cleaning & maintenance

Maintain Health & Safety Standards

  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness on both personal and operational level
  • Ensure the staff always follows workplace safety regulations
  • Compliance with the hygiene, health, and food safety standards as expected and directed by the Company

Human Capital Management

  • Provide emotional and technical support to outlet staff in order to build up motivation and morale
  • Responsible for the Area’s service staff and implementing service standards and workflow procedures
  • Train and onboard new employees
  • Nurture Outlet-in-charged / 2IC to groom Service Leaders
  • Retain good staff count allocated to the specific store
