What We're Looking For:
Key Skills: Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security Microservices architecture, REST APIs React or Angular (preferred), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript Hibernate/JPA, Maven/Gradle SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB preferred) Kafka/RabbitMQ (messaging) Docker, Kubernetes Azure/AWS, Azure DevOps/GitHub, CI/CD Performance tuning, debugging, unit testing (JUnit/Mockito), and secure coding Agile/Scrum, code reviews, technical mentoring, and strong communication skills
