What The Role Is
You work with various centres and schools housed under Armour Training Institute (ATI) to develop and implement up-to-date learning science, sport science and training technology initiatives.
What You Will Be Working On
- Develop and implement learning programmes and training initiatives
- Integrate sports science an apply training technologies
- Enhance learning effectiveness
- Design engaging curricula
- Analyse training data

- Meeting the changing inclinations of a new generation of learners
- Leveraging emerging technologies to train more effectively, efficiently, and engagingly
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in Training & Learning Development is preferred
- Knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics
- Logical mind to draw conclusions from data and recommend solutions
- Experience in Armour training, curriculum development is advantageous
- Technology savvy
- Good analytical skills
