Job Description
- Lead and mentor the local cloud operations team.
- Manage cloud service operations across public and private cloud environments.
- Own incident management and drive timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate root cause analysis with engineering and SRE teams.
- Oversee patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management activities.
- Conduct health checks, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
- Ensure security compliance and vulnerability remediation.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 5 years of cloud operations or infrastructure management experience.
- Strong knowledge of public cloud services and private cloud technologies.
- Experience with SRE principles and ITIL frameworks.
- Proven leadership and incident management experience.
- Strong technical expertise and track record of achievement.
