Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across local and regional markets
  • Build and manage key client relationships to drive long-term partnerships
  • Analyse market trends and performance metrics to refine sales strategies
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the sales function
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Provide regular performance reporting and insights to senior leadership

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Senior Sales Manager Should Have

  • 10+ years of experience in sales within semiconductor or related industries
  • Proven track record in achieving revenue growth and exceeding targets
  • Strong business development and key account management capabilities
  • Ability to interpret market trends and translate insights into strategies
  • Experience managing sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics
  • Structured and strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management skills
