Manage the planning for more than $500M in container assets to support PIL liner revenue
Develop and implement container fleet plans aligned with market demand and long‑term business requirements, ensuring the optimal mix of equipment across global trades and seasonal cycles.
Optimize container portfolio through strategic newbuilding, leasing, sales, and disposal decisions to achieve the best balance of cost, asset quality, and operational flexibility.
Monitor global fleet size, performance KPIs, and stock levels, and provide direction to equipment flow teams and regional offices to maintain the targeted fleet profile.
Develop container ownership and portfolio strategies, including long‑term planning, lease‑versus‑buy evaluations, and lifecycle cost optimization.
Oversee container‑related CAPEX, OPEX, and fleet budgeting processes, including financial forecasting, investment analysis, and optimization of overall fleet spend.
Job Requirements
Education: Diploma/Degree Holder, University qualification in Management or equivalent preferred
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in container leasing, fleet & inventory management preferred
