Job Description
Our Corporate Actions team is responsible for managing all types of mandatory and voluntary Corporate Action events. This role presents an outstanding opportunity to be part of a team that strictly adheres to world-class standards in the finance industry. We offer our services for all instrument types, including fixed income securities, warrants, equities, Depositary Receipts, and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs).
As a Corporate Actions Operations Analyst, you will be at the forefront of completing flawless processes and ensuring our clients receive outstanding service.
We provide service to:
- Handle custody instructions promptly and efficiently
- Credit proceeds accurately to client accounts
- Collaborate actively with agents to serve clients' interests and identify efficient solutions
- Continuously improve process efficiency and accuracy
- Actively respond to inquiries from the client service team, providing clear and detailed information
- Conduct cash and securities reconciliation
Candidates with experience in Corporate Actions or a strong understanding of Financial Services and interest in Corporate Actions are preferred.
