Support Analyst working within the TCS Singapore team.
The Role
You will be a member of our Technical Client Success team, working as a Support Analyst in a challenging environment with clients that are mercilessly quality-conscious. This is a client-facing role with daily responsibilities involving dealing with clients in a support/advisory capacity, providing resolution and follow-up to issues which arise in business-critical, production environments.
Responsibilities
- Be the point of contact for your clients and own the technical relationship to ensure the greatest possible value is derived from the use of our services
- Provide high-level technical consultancy to our clients and internal stakeholders, such as product configuration and training
- Manage deployment projects.
- Manage client onboarding projects.
- Contribute actively to internal projects and company initiatives.
- Help evolve the team’s processes and policies
- Provide technical support to our clients, who are high-profile financial institutional traders, interdealer brokers and exchanges
- Ensure that all requests are carried out in a professional, disciplined, efficient and process-oriented manner
- On-site meetings will be required to provide our clients with support, training and configuration

Essential
Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in delivering excellent customer service
- Keen interest in finance and/or technology
- Experience working in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to manage time, prioritise work, and complete multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to absorb information quickly and think on the spot
- Presentation skills
Desirable
- Degree in a STEM discipline with an aptitude to learn complex concepts
- Experience in commodity markets, particularly within the energy sector.
- Scripting capabilities to help automate repetitive tasks or aid issue investigation (VBScript, Python or similar)
- Good presentation skills
- Experience in a front-office trading environment
- Knowledge of OTC and Exchange trading
- Japanese language proficiency would be an added advantage in managing Japanese‑speaking clients
