The Assistant Manager will be a member of the Inter-disciplinary Postgraduate Programme (IPGC) team within NTU PACE, with the main responsibility of driving the marketing and recruitment activities for IPGC programmes to achieve student recruitment goals.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Marketing Plan Implementation
- Recruitment Initiatives Execution
- Lead Nurturing and Consultation
- Admission and Scholarship Processing
- Liaise with Alumni and GSCDO teams for joint events
Key Competencies And Qualifications Required
- Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University, in any field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing/sales/business development
- Experience in a related industry is a plus, but not a requirement
- Competent in using MS Office applications
- High proficiency to create good MS powerpoint and make presentations to a class of potential graduate students/candidates
- Good data analytical mind to interpret complex data and translate into business insights
- Good CRM skills to capture leads’ information for creating of relevant conversion campaigns
- Excellent written/verbal communications and presentation skills
- Customer focused and people oriented – commitment to high quality customer service
- Teamwork – ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and clients across complex organizations
- A self-starter, able to work independently towards objectives
- Outstanding interpersonal and cultural sensitivity towards staff, candidates and students of different cultural backgrounds
- Well organized and able to prioritize
- Persistence for effective follow-through with candidates
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in an environment where the landscape is undergoing dynamic changes
