Job Description Summary

Join Cushman & Wakefield's People team as a Senior HR Advisor, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional HR support and driving continuous improvement across our Singapore business.

Partnering closely with People Partners, HR Centres of Excellence, and business leaders, you'll contribute to key people initiatives, enhance HR processes, and ensure a seamless employee experience. About the role

  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of people data by championing Workday as the single source of truth and supporting effective HR data governance.
  • Partner with People Partners to manage complex employee relations cases, organisational change initiatives, talent management activities, and workforce planning.
  • Coordinate and contribute to APAC and Singapore People projects, serving as the key point of contact for project governance, progress tracking, and stakeholder updates.
  • Support the review and enhancement of HR policies, processes, and compliance initiatives to drive operational excellence and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Leverage people data and analytics to generate meaningful insights, identify trends, and support informed decision-making while monitoring changes to employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers, employees, and People Partners, delivering responsive, consistent, and high-quality HR operational support that enhances the overall employee experience.

About You

  • Experience: 3–5 years of progressive HR generalist experience with strong exposure to HR operations, employee relations/case management, and project delivery.
  • Knowledge: Sound understanding of Singapore employment legislation and HR regulatory requirements, with the ability to apply them effectively in a business environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience using HRIS platforms such as Workday.
  • Mindset: A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and embraces continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships and work effectively within a global matrix organisation and HR service delivery model.
