The Role
As an Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment performance and maximizing tool availability to support manufacturing operations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM), troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
- Execute equipment maintenance activities to ensure optimal tool readiness and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose equipment issues and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and productivity.
- Analyze equipment performance, technical data, and maintenance trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead or participate in equipment improvement initiatives and engineering projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain proper care of tools, equipment, and company assets.
- Support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) requirements and promote a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering projects and operational improvements.
The Talent
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Equipment Engineering within the semiconductor, wafer fabrication, electronics, or electrical manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Willing to work on Normal or Swing Shift.
