Responsible for preparing and serving high quality Ramen dishes during both daytime and overnight hours.Ensure kitchen operation runs smoothly, ingredients are fresh and stocked and cleanliness and safety standards are upheld throughout both shifts.
- Prepare food orders
- Ensures that work stations are adequately stocked and properly stocked
- Ensures all good items are served within the waiting time
- Ensures the highest standards and consistent quality in the food preparation
- Maintains the hygiene and cleanliness of the cooking stations and kitchen
