Job Responsibilities

Execute the fab engineering change quality/ reliability control activities
Response for Fab quality goal execution result summary/ analysis and co-work with fab for continuous improvement.
Execute the internal audit for section quality documentation and record.
Execute fab process quality audit and CAR tracing/ implementation follow up.
Response for fab major event handling and follow up action items/ validation to close the event
Perform process technology transfer release audit and CAR tracing/ implementation follow up.
Perform routine customer quality report preparation
Perform customer RMA (field returned from end customer) sample returned handling, investigation and track actions for CAPA.
Summarise Fab Gate Oxide C-V monitor monitoring results, abnormal improvement, and product quality tracking
Execute BKM validation from VIS fabs or TSMC
