Direct end to end planning, scheduling, and delivery of IT and cloud infrastructure projects across multiple business units.
Formulate project budgets, resource allocation plans, and delivery timelines, tracking progress against defined milestones.
Coordinate with software engineers, cloud architects, and vendors to ensure alignment with technical requirements and project scope.
Oversee procurement and management of licensing, cloud services, and third party vendor contracts required for project execution.
Identify and manage project risks, escalating issues promptly and implementing corrective action plans where needed.
Utilise project management platforms such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project to track deliverables and report status.
Monitor cloud migration, deployment, and infrastructure rollout activities to ensure adherence to project specifications.
Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders, development teams, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Compile and present project status reports, risk assessments, and cost summaries to senior management.
Ensure all project activities comply with data governance, security standards, and applicable IT industry regulations.
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Min. 5 years of relevant experience in IT or cloud project management.
Proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and project management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross functional teams and translate technical requirements for non-technical audiences.
