Our mission is clear: help people invest better so they can live easier today, and better tomorrow.
The team has deep domain knowledge in finance and technology, bringing together decades of experience from various banks and tech companies. We treasure our diversity in background and experience, and we look for people who share these beliefs in our mission.
About This Role
The Endowus Business Development and Partnerships (BDP) team is a pivotal business unit that develops and leverages key corporate relationships to amplify Endowus’ reach and build new business verticals. As we scale our B2B and B2B2C programmes across Singapore, operational excellence has become critical to delivering on our partner commitments and unlocking growth.
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive
Operations Analyst to own the operational backbone of our partnership programmes. This role sits at the intersection of business development, operations, and data — ensuring that our B2B initiatives run smoothly from onboarding through to ongoing delivery. You will work closely with the BD team and cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable processes, maintain accurate reporting, and drive continuous improvement.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who thrives on getting things right, enjoys solving operational puzzles, and wants to be part of a high-impact team in a fast-growing fintech.
Responsibilities & Ownership
Partnership Programme Operations
- Own the day-to-day operational execution of B2B2C partnership programmes, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate fund onboarding and related operational workflows with internal stakeholders to ensure timely implementation and follow-through.
- Manage regular reporting cycles, invoicing, and operational processes required to keep partner programmes running smoothly.
- Serve as the operational point of contact between the BD team and internal functions including Operations, Finance, and Compliance.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose practical solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and automations that give the team visibility into programme performance and operational health.
- Document processes and operational controls to support knowledge-sharing and business continuity as the team grows.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of operational excellence within the BDP team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Compliance, and other internal teams to support programme setup, maintenance, and delivery.
- Work with the Investment Office to understand upcoming products and ensure operational readiness for new offerings.
- Support the BD team with ad hoc analytical and operational tasks, including data checks, process analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, business support, project coordination, or a related field; B2B experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented and reliable, with a high standard of accuracy and a track record of following through on commitments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of seniority.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and operational tools — you are the person others come to when they need data organised.
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented, with a genuine willingness to learn and improve processes over time.
- Basic proficiency in SQL or a programming language for data analysis, reporting, and process automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; you can spot patterns in data and translate them into actionable insights.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot) or project management tools is a plus
- Demonstrated interest in fintech, wealth management, or financial services.
