Manage procurement administrations including organizing meetings & minutes, maintaining procurement documentation records, compiling of various departments’ projects required for submission to Group.
Assist in the review & approval of procurement projects.
Assist in coordinating for self-check and preparation of report required by Group Procurement.
Administration
China Taiping Premier Lounge Management: the booking of lounge, maintenance of lounge, provide service support & coordination for business events held in the lounge.
Administration service for Management: process claims, apartment maintenance, and their mobile service.
General administration work: process admin expenses invoices, name cards, letterhead & envelope printing, administration and maintenance of security access system.
Cover receptionist duty as and when required.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma holder, preferably with 3+ years of working experience for both procurement and administration.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese (to be able to communicate effectively with English and Chinese speaking associates regarding assigned tasks)
