Produce shop drawings and as-built drawings from BIM model using Revit.
Create and manage Revit project files for Electrical & Plumbing systems.
Update and coordinate Revit models throughout the project, including slab pipe routings, underground pipe routings, tray/trunking routings, lightning protection, and lighting & power points location.
Perform interference/clash checking within own model and against other disciplines.
Responsible for delivering accurate drawings on time.
Carry out any other drafter-related tasks assigned by superior.
Assist Project Manager with completion of projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline.
Minimum 1 year working experience as M&E BIM drafter in Singapore construction is required.
Experience in HDB/Condominium project drafting is an advantage.
Proficient in BIM/Revit MEP/AutoCAD/Microsoft Office.
Able to interpret engineering drawings and models.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines.
Independent, resourceful, self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work as part of a team.
MEP drafter experience is required (Electrical/Plumbing/Sanitary).
