What The Role Is
You assist Army HR Leadership in driving coordination and outcome delivery of a multi-year HR Digital Transformation (HRDT) journey in Army's HR Management structures, culture, and processes.
What You Will Be Working On
- Drive coordination of multi-year HR Digital Transformation journey
- Collaborate with MINDEF/SAF-wide HRDT Change Network
- Oversee and execute change management activities as Army Change Management Lead
- Map and make visible Army's HRM systems and processes
- Investigate areas for optimisation with key stakeholders
- Lead understanding and adoption of new HR management platform
- Drive HR processes transformation in the Army
Challenge(s) - Working with stakeholders to illuminate legacy processes
- Supporting business processes transformation with incumbents
- Managing change across people, structures, systems, and culture
- Driving adaptation and adoption of new systems
What We Are Looking For
- Education in Human Resource is preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Good understanding and knowledge of Human Resource practices
- Interest in latest technology development in government and commercial sectors
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of SAF HR System
Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
