Service by Shopee (SBS) is Shopee Singapore's first-party retail business, responsible for growing and curating a competitive product assortment that gives buyers access to the widest range of products at the best prices. Job Description
- Work closely with Marketing and Retail teams to execute campaigns - including double-digit campaigns, livestreams, affiliate marketing, Shopee Ads and more
- Maintain a daily marketing calendar across Retail brands, ensuring campaigns are well-coordinated and on schedule
- Analyse shopper traffic, conversion and performance data to derive insights and optimise ongoing initiatives
- Conduct competitor UX analysis to identify new initiatives or areas of improvement
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business, Communications or related fields
- Prior experience with hosting livestreams and/ or design skills preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; proficient in Adobe Suite/ Canva/ Figma is a plus
- Able to support multiple projects and tasks meticulously while adhering to timelines
- Genuinely curious about e-commerce trends and what drives campaign performance
- Full-time for 3 to 6 months (preferred), open to part-time
