As a Staff Mechanical Engineer – Global Facilities, you will be responsible for...


Responsibilities:


Project Leadership

  • Leading design and execution of regional construction and expansion projects
  • Reviewing and approving site capital expenditures for capacity and sustainability initiatives
  • Ensuring alignment with global facility standards and sustainability goals


Reliability and Continuous Improvement

  • Leading system reliability programs, including quality improvements and equipment lifecycle replacements
  • Driving implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance frameworks
  • Standardizing reliability practices across sites such as SPC, MOC, and 8D


Strategy and Governance

  • Prioritizing facility improvement investments based on business needs
  • Supporting major engineering reviews such as SIPP
  • Aligning programs including business continuity, quality systems, and critical specifications
  • Cross-functional Leadership
  • Collaborating with global teams including construction, planning, engineering, and operations
  • Providing technical consultation to resolve complex issues
  • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers


What you already have...


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 8 or more years of facility engineering experience
  • Expertise in mechanical systems design and operations
  • Experience in construction execution and capital project management
  • Knowledge of reliability engineering and system optimization
